Hand and Foot Care

• Pedicure, 60 mins : A relaxing treatment that will leave your feet soft and beautiful. Includes cutting and filing nails, cleaning cuticles, exfoliating feet, removing calluses, massage and nail polish on toenails. $46
• Lovely Little Feet, 30 mins : This express pedicure includes trimming and filing nails, foot exfoliation and massage. $35
• Spa pedicure, 90 mins : The same as the 60 minute pedicure plus a deep moisturizing paraffin treatment that makes your skin soft and supple. $76
• Manicure, 60 mins : This beauty treatment for the hands includes trimming and filing, cuticle treatment, exfoliation, massage and nail polish. $35
• Nail care « Bio Sculpture » : Bio Sculpture Gel is a treatment that strengthens and promotes the growth of natural nails. Applied onto a prepared nail, this product cures under UV light, leaving the nail stronger and more flexible, with a naturally glossy finish. Zen Beauté Spa Urbain offers a variety of gels in a wide choice of colours, French and clear. Brilliant colour that lasts for weeks!

  • Citrus exfoliation:

• Body Wrap: This procedure begins with a light exfoliation followed by the application of products that moisturize and soften skin or eliminate toxins from the body.
  • Algae:

  • Cocoa:

• Scented Swedish Massage - 30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins: This is the classic technique. The therapist uses scented massage oils to facilitate precisely calculated manipulation of tissues all over the body. This massage improves circulation, soothes muscle aches. It also reduces fatigue and relaxes the nervous system. $33, $58 et $78
• Therapeutic Massage - 75 mins: A massage technique used to treat specific problems such as headache, sciatica, tendinitis, bursitis. $65
• Cervical Massage - 30 mins: The therapist massages the nape of the neck, head, face and scalp. Ideal for people who are under stress and who suffer from neck pain. $40
• Hot Stone Massage - 60 mins: Relaxing massage performed with hot stones. The heat and humidity of the stones bring deep relaxation. $65
• Shell Massage - 60 mins: Massage performed with real Tiger Clam shells. Deep heat induces total relaxation. Mango oil adds a gently exotic note.65$
• Rain Massage - 60 mins: Swedish massage performed under warm water jets. $67
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage: A directional technique that uses precisely applied pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system. Helps the body to eliminate toxins and leads to deep relaxation.70$
• Deeply Moisturizing Honey Massage - 60 mins: Swedish massage performed using a honey-scented moisturizing cream. $65
• "Heavy Legs" Treatment - 60 mins: For lighter legs. The treatment includes exfoliation, application of a cold gel that stimulates circulation, leg massage and a pressotherapy session. $55
• Signature Sea Holistic Treatment - 75 mins: A great getaway! Includes exfoliation and a combination of Swedish and Thai massage treatments (with lavender and sea salt boluses). $87
• Cellulitis Treatment - 75 mins: As part of a stay at the spa or by itself, this very specialized treatment is designed to help prevent or eliminate cellulitis. Our therapist will help you work out a nutrition evaluation, see that you get good advice and help with follow-up treatments.
